Yes on all work undertaken. If we cannot find the cause of a problem then there is no charge. However, if we do diagnose the cause of the problem, but you decided not to go ahead with the repair a diagnostic fee of £25.00 for our time is charged. if you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived.

Q?Will My Data Be Safe?

Absolutely! We never remove or otherwise touch your data apart for backup purposes where necessary, before we carry out a complex repair. We take data security very seriously, and also strongly recommend that you make your own regular backup yourself to avoid data loss.

Q?What Is Your Hourly Rate For Upgrades/Repairs?

All work carried out at our workshop is charged at a set rate (excl parts), depend on the job and will be quoted beforehand. All work carried out at customer premises/address will be charged at £30 per hour (excl parts).

Q?What Do You Require To Carry Out The Repair?

To carry out a repair on a desktop computer, we will require only the computer tower/base unit. If it’s a laptop we will require the laptop and power adapter to carry out the repair.

Q?Will I Know Exactly What It Will Cost To Repair My Computer Before You Start Work On It?

Yes, we can provide a fixed price quote, before we do anything. There are no surprises and no hidden charges. If however you decide not to go ahead with the repair a diagnostic fee of £25.00 for our time is chargeable. If you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived.

Simply click on any ‘APPOINTMENT’ Button or Link within our website, complete the short Details Form, and we will contact you to confirm an appointment booking, where either you can drop-off your computer at our address, or we can collect from your premises (Local Addresses Only).
